Rev. Dan Linger is dedicated to helping as many people as possible learn lifesaving Hands-On CPR/AED, Stop the Bleed, Choking, Opioid Overdose, and First Aid.

Rev. Dan is a member of the Leisure World Maryland Emergency Preparedness Committee, currently serving as the Vice-Chair.

Never 2 Late 2 Learn, LLC was founded in 2024 by Rev. Dan after he became a licensed Red Cross Provider, offering education and training in first aid and life-saving techniques.

A lifetime of service, Rev. Dan first received a First Aid certification at age 12 as a Boy Scout. At 16, he became a P.G. County, Maryland, Volunteer Firefighter and First Aid Responder (before there were licensed EMTs). Currently, he is a volunteer member of the Montgomery County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and the Montgomery County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), and has the following certifications:
